“Do not use!!?!?!”

Written on: 05/11/2013 by awin (1 review written)

My mum sent me flowers from this site for the birth of my baby girl and they arrived badly damaged without water and looked absolutely nothing like the picture - more like a cheap supermarket bunch we complained so they sent us another bunch however they were exactly the same the box was so badly damaged it was soggy from the water that had spilled out and badly dented, some of the flowers were damaged and also again arrived with no water in after sending an email showing the extent of the damaged packaging they would not give us a refund because I didn't have a picture of the damaged flowers I just threw them out. But you could clearly tell from the pictures of the packaging that the flowers were damaged
Please do not waste your money or your time absolutely disgusting service my mum was really upset as she had spent a lot of money on the flowers

We are very sorry that your delivery arrived damaged and you have been unable to resolve with our customer services team.

Full details of our policy regarding damaged items / quality issues are given on the reverse of the gift card and can also be found on our website.

As soon as we were notified of the original delivery being damaged and immediate replacement was sent out. On the rare occasion an item is damaged during transit we investigate this through the delivery route to establish when, where and how this has occurred. To have the replacement also damaged is highly unusual and we do need to see the extent of the damage to enable us to follow this up, I am sure you agree without sight of this this is very hard to carry out. The delivery box is designed to take the knocks and bumps during transit and offers very good protection to the flowers inside.
