I had some flowers delivered to my mum as a surprise and thought it was odd on the day of delivery that she didn't contact me. I called and asked if anything had been delivered and she said some flowers had come but the box was ripped to shreds the post man actually had to carry the box and the flowers separately, the flowers had no card on them and the flowers where delivered with no water in them.

When I contacted Eden the first email I received said I was guaranteed a refund but they emailed to say I wasn't eligible for this and to get a refund I would need to provide full photographic evidence and then only a replacement could be sent.

Just the most ridiculous service I have ever dealt with, do not use these bunch if jokers!
