“Horrible flowers”

Sent mother's day flowers, had photo sent to me as thankyou, and was shocked. Not only not what I ordered, was smaller, the flowers were obviously stripped of outer petals, others with wilting heads! AND the worst insult of all, the foliage used was awful, had dirt on leaves and was in fact a native which is a declared noxious weed. Especially in the outer east of Melbourne where the flowers were sent. Why am I paying for this absolutely terrible service and rubbish product.
Shame, Shame Shame on you. Never again.
