On Wednesday I ordered flowers for my aunts 80th Birthday which was on Friday. At 10.15am on Friday I was called by easy flowers to say they couldn't find a courier to deliver the flowers until Tuesday. I asked why I wasn't informed earlier and the lady said she didn't know. They are giving me a refund but a refund really doesn't cut it!
