ordered flowers and a balloon for someone who is allergic to chocolate. flowers and chocolate arrived. have complained and requested a full refund as the flowers on their own looked pathetic and it was not what I ordered. was offered a refund for the chocolate only. this is very poor. I should be given a full refund, not to mention an apology for sending chocolate to someone who is allergic!instead a couple of truculent e mails and now they dont respond at all.
how silly of them. for the sake of £20.00 they would have kept my custom and saved me having to write bad reviews and considering the small claims court.
