“Overpriced and dying”

My university student daughter spent just over £30 on a white rose and lily bouquet for me from Debenhams. It comprised of 2 small Lillie's and five rose buds. Within 22 hours of delivery 3 of the roses had turned brown and one had wilted head down. Day two - all five roses were limp and preparing to drop before having opened properly. “ONLY pay by PayPal and don’t hesitate to make a claim”

First and last order. Never again. Awful experience. Ordered online two months ago, well in time for my mother’s 75th birthday on 21st December. The flowers didn’t arrive. She was at home all day waiting for them. They had still not arrived by the next day – not that that mattered – my mother’s birthday is 21st December and no other day and flowers arriving after her birthday are pointless. “Flowers "lost" in transit”

Ordered flowers to comfort my aunt whose husband had to go into care. Had e-mail from Debenhams stating Royal Mail had advised there may be a delay in delivery. E-mailed back but no response. I phoned and was told they had been lost by Royal Mail. Girl I spoke to offered to send out another order to either my aunt or myself but a week had passed and I wasn't impressed. “Order not delivered”

There's nothing to like about this "service." I ordered a gift for delivery in time for Christmas and at 4:30pm on Christmas Eve (too late for me to do anything about it) they called me to say there was a small chance the order would not be delivered. Needless to say, the "small chance" was in fact a 100% certainty, as the order never arrived. I called customer services and the best explanation they had was 'unfortunately I can see here there was an issue with your order'. I was offered a refund or next day delivery (5 days later) unfortunately they can't reverse time and simply do things right. I ordered flowers for my Mum, paid for timed delivery. Nothing arrived. After a multitude of texts they agreed to deliver an upgraded bunch - that failed to arrive. When it did arrive the buds failed to open and the flowers went in the bin after 2 days...totally rotten. The support team take over 24 hours to reply and then only when you have prompted them...They really don't care about the service they provide at all. I ordered a simple bouquet of flowers for a birthday, I selected the next ay delivery but didn't pay extra as it didn't say that the next day delivery wasn't available. Email that evening to say that they had been despatched so I was pleased expecting them to be delivered on time. flowers delivered on time, but the size of the bouquet was just embarrassing , I paid £35 this included a small box of chocolates plus I paid an extra £5 for what was described as a LARGE bouquet, how anyone can say 7 stems is a large bouquet of flowers is beyond me. Ordered these sunday at 10am and had a message from my sis at 9am on the Monday to say they had arrived. That alone gets four stars in my book. free guaranteed delivery too. However the flowers look a bit disappointing in the pic. 34.99 and there are 15 flowers with 4 buds which look a bit cheap to be honest.
