“Failed to deliver! ”

Made my order for Mother's Day on Thursday before the deadline for next day delivery. Nothing arrived for either mum on the Friday. Or the Saturday. Or the Sunday. And so far today nor the Monday either. Absolute shambles. Customer service at the call centre is non existent. Blaming their supply chain but can't tell me who they are?! After spending the last year fighting cancer I couldn't have got through this year without my mum and my mother in law - i couldn't be with them this mothers dat so ordered flowers, balloon and chocolates. Have a very disappointed mum and mother in law. As for me, I am raging and won't let this go. They have promised to call me back on Saturday and didn't. I called them on Sunday and they promised me a call back and didn't. Have just got off the phone again and they have promised to call me back by close of play today. Time will tell. They keep offering me my money back but are missing the point -- if I wanted my money o wouldn't have spent it in the first place. I wanted a product and service and haven't received either.

“No flowers for Mothers Day”

Shockingly bad service. I orderd some flowers for MUM 3 weeks prior to Mothers Day thinking I was well organised. I paid for my order and then received an email to confirm this by Debenhamsflowers. I didn't give it much thought after that until Dad had said Mum did't get her flowers on the day that I had told him to expect them. I had asked for them to be delivered on the friday before Mothers Day because I knew that my parents would be home that day to receive them. When I contacted customer services asking where were the flowers they tried to make excuses as to why the flowers hadn't arrived, saying that the flowers I had picked were not in the #Mothers Day range#?? but I didn't want them delivered on Mothers Day I wanted them a fews days earlier, it could have been for her Birthday! They had taken my order and my money so how can they just change there minds like this at the last minute? Mum and I were so disappointed. I did managed to get my money back after a struggle, in the first place they offered me a store credit! can you believe the cheek of it. NEVER EVER AGAIN!

“MOTHER DAY FLOWERS”

Awful service no flowers delivered as promised Then an email saying another courier would deliver which didn't happen You have to speak to someone in South Africa!!! No help there it took an hour to hold and I gave up! Its not the point when they offer on line money back etc this was one day of the year I would have liked a Company to get it right

“Mothers Day Flowers”

These flowers arrived well boxed and packaged. But when I managed to get them out of the box, I found some lovely bright white flowers, some deep pink scented roses, mixed with lovely greenery and three old tattered shabby cream/pink carnations. They took away the bright fresh cheer from the rest of the bunch, and put a damper on my daughters gift. 

The message card was very cheap looking, printed on flimsy paper folded like a card, with no picture, just big writing saying Debenhams flowers, and the tiniest tiniest writing inside with the message on. 

It gave the impression that 'Debenhams' flowers were more important than the message or who they were from. 

Sad.

“order accepted, money taken, no flowers...”

very disappointed and embarrassed - ordered flowers for sister's birthday and had acknowledgement email and saw money taken from account yet nothing arrived on the order date, nor the next day. If I had seen these reviews beforehand I could have used a different company but thought such a big name would be reliable..... I dont think the term florist applies if nothing is provided, hopefully I will get a refund now, but its going to take longer to make it up to my sister...

“Will never use again”

Just awful, still trying to find out what happened to the flowers that were never delivered. E mails ignored, numerous phone calls with no success, they have had a week to find out what happened, I just want to know what happened to my flowers that cost me £30.

Two lots of flowers .No gift card.felt guilty not thanking the people who send them.Very confused just out of hospital after a stroke.Flowers not as fresh as other ones which were delivered.

“Shocking Flowers”

After ordering 2 previous bouquets via the O2 rewards which were beautiful ordered a bouquet for my parents (should have been £50 and got through O2 for £25)delivered on time and being kept up todate on arrival can not complain on that but the flowers turned up half dead. The only thing I am grateful for is it cost me £25 instead of £50 but to be honestly would not have paid more than £5.00- £10.00 for it. After complaining got a replacement bouquet which was not perfect but 90% better. It's just a shame the same bouquet my husband bought me has not been replaced! and due to this has put me off buying in the future.

“Really poor customer service”

This organisation has serious problems.Generally poor and unprofessional:horrible tinny music when you are on hold,sent two dispatched emails(different orders) then after several days said the products were out of stock.There are so many companies who deliver great customer service,but NOT Debenhams. Use someone else. Let me down twice.

Ordered flower arrangement to be delivered to place at my parents grave for Christmas. They did not say they would be delivered flat packed and dying in a box, no arrangement as per photo, flowers wilted, roses were dying, sparse and went from front door to bin. Spent £30 on these. I ended up going to another well known store, buying a bouquet for £20 and arranging myself, would never use again, disappointed is an understatement, especially at this time of year. Have emailed Debenhams twice, no response!

“Christmas Hampers not delivered.”

Ordered 2 x christmas hampers from debenhams flowers. ordered 30th Nov... Payment taken from my account on 1st December. Debenhams didnt deliver the hampers or email me to say they were not going to. They had my money for both hampers a month £123.98 but didnt supply anything in return. I had to call them at christmas to ask where the hampers were. They couldnt have cared less about non delivery or keeping my money. Said theyd refund immediately. When no refund came several days later I had to call again to get my money back. Had to threaten legal action to get refund. Let me down, let family who were due to receive them for christmas down and were happy to keep my money and not tell me they had problems with supplying the hampers. Appalling treatment by customer services. Will never use Debenhams again.

“worst flowers every received”

received my flowers from my son on Friday 23rd December. they are the worst flowers I have ever received. they looked half dead when I opened the box. followed care instructions hoping that they might revive but by the next day the freesias had completely died and had to be thrown away. hoping the roses might do better I changed the water and cut off some of the stem but they only lasted till the next day before turning brown. even if the flowers had arrived fresh I would still have been disappointed because they were such a pathetic bunch. would warn anyone thinking of using this company NOT TO.

“Atrocious standards, no customer care AVOID”

We received an Xmas bouquet from a disabled elderly family member to thank us for helping them and for Xmas, it was not cheap, within 12 hours some of the flowers were dead or dying, we followed their instructions impeccably. We called to be read a robotic message that an advisior would be with us shortly but 20 minutes later no one had been 'with us'. We then looked online at the same time to find their office is not open Saturdays and thus they wasted our time and caused us to be financially at a loss with the call as the mislead you in to thinking someone's there. They are great when obviously taking money from a vulnerable person promising high standards of flowers, care and service when in fact what you get is the total opposite. Please spread the word to protect others, they ARENOT a trustworthy company, They DO NOT treat their customers with regard They MISLEAD and LIE to you costing you the receiver and the purchaser with upset, worry, loss of funds and wasted time. There are far superior companies who supply amazing flowers and care about their customers and receivers, we are disgusted and angered by DEbenhams flowers (deadenhams flowers as that is what we received and thus should be sled this!!!!!!!)

“Mother's day demolished ”

Ordered a bouquet and chocolates for mum for mothers day as we live far apart, well it arrived on mothers day NO chocolates I paid for and a bunch of weeds !! not a flower or bud in sight could have picked better off a planted roundabout !!! took weeks to get a refund not even a nice bouquet sent to my mum as an apology !!!!! Lousy flowers Lousy service and even worse customer service Hard to believe that they keep emailing me discounts etc to use them again NEVER NEVER NEVER again

“Awful”

Didn't even want to give it a star but had to so I could write this. I ordered a plant and teddy for my friend who had just overcome cancer. She received the plant. Well I say plant. It was demolished. It had been tipped upside down and bashed. Soil everywhere and the teddy ruined. To make matters worse. The card she received said "Happy birthday debs love Chris". I would NEVER buy from them again. Stay clear. Buy locally instead as you know what your ordering. Nightmare to get thru too as they are shut on weekends. Your suppose to get in touch with them within so many hours but you can't as they are shut.

I will never use them again. Ordered a next day delivery bunch of flower. Flowers never arrived and I had to fight for a refund. They are never available on the phone. The worst service ever.

Received Sugared Almond flowers today 23/9/16.No idea who from card empty.Nothing at all like picture.Few dying flowers with chewed leaves.Broken heads.I have seen better flowers in reduced section of Signatures reduced from £5.Some kind person paid a lot of money as I lost my Mother .Disappointed for us both

“Do Not Buy from Debenhams”

I had a bunch of flowers delivery on Friday 19th August consisting of roses and lillies. By Saturday morning all the roses were dead and yesterday, 21st August the petals are starting to fall off the lillies. Your advert says freshness for 7 days!! Disgusting especially from Debenhams. Would definitely not recommend.
