Shockingly bad service. I orderd some flowers for MUM 3 weeks prior to Mothers Day thinking I was well organised. I paid for my order and then received an email to confirm this by Debenhamsflowers. I didn't give it much thought after that until Dad had said Mum did't get her flowers on the day that I had told him to expect them. I had asked for them to be delivered on the friday before Mothers Day because I knew that my parents would be home that day to receive them.
When I contacted customer services asking where were the flowers they tried to make excuses as to why the flowers hadn't arrived, saying that the flowers I had picked were not in the #Mothers Day range#?? but I didn't want them delivered on Mothers Day I wanted them a fews days earlier, it could have been for her Birthday! They had taken my order and my money so how can they just change there minds like this at the last minute?
Mum and I were so disappointed. I did managed to get my money back after a struggle, in the first place they offered me a store credit! can you believe the cheek of it. NEVER EVER AGAIN!
