I ordered a Joyful mum bouquet.I asked for them to be delivered on the Saturday which they did, However when mum opend them up the flowers were brown and wilting she said it looked like they had not had any water, she did not want to complain as they were a gift. She was so disappointed. I could have got a nicer bunch from the supermarket. 3 e mails and 3 phone calls later there has been no response. I wish i had read the revews before hand. Never again.
