Ordered flowers for Mother's Day a week or so before. Selected the 14th for delivery. The flowers then arrived on the 16th, a sparse dead collection wrapped in a bit of tissue paper. I had to run out on the 15th to buy more flowers to replace the missing ones. Glad that I did as I was embarressed by the ones I recieved late. I've emailed (a few times) debenhams flowers (with photos of the flowers)on the 16th, still awaiting a response. I can't hear very well so ringing is out of the question atm. Would never use again. It would be nice to know that the flowers are definitely fresh and and a quick response to complaints
