I simply just can't find anything positive to say about Debenhams Flowers. Placed an order several day before Mothers Day this year for delivery on the Saturday. Flowers didn't arrive.

Called "customer services", seemed like an offshore call centre and basically the guy laughed about and promised they'd arrive for Monday.. he clearly didn't have a clue about Mother Day being a special occasion and seemed to think a refund was good compensation.

Really do avoid Debenhams unless you seriously want to disappoint your loved one!
