I ordered 2 bouquets as a Christmas gift, to be delivered just before Christmas. I took the trouble to email and request further confirmation that they would definitely arrive in time, which I got.
I waited in all day on the selected delivery date. I received 2 emails on the day: one to say the flowers were not going to arrive and one to say they were on their way. They didn't turn up and no-one answered calls. Very frustrating, as had I have known earlier, I would have ordered from elsewhere in time for Christmas.
The customer service is awful and totally unprofessional. I have been struggling to get a refund. I was offered complimentary bouquets- which I would have to pay for (not sure how they would be complimentary?!).
Do NOT use them!!
