Bought a groupon voucher back in November, used it at the end of November for delivery of flowers for 21st December (today)
Debenhams sent an email on the 19th to say flowers dispatched, slightly worrying that's it's 2 days before but never mind, nice to be informed, sitting here at 5pm, surprise surprise like everyone no flowers, debenhams not open to take calls and they didn't think to send the tracking number so I could track the flowers! High 5 debenhams...
If flowers turn up on Monday they will be wilted no doubt but that won't stop me being on the phone first thing to debenhams then trying to sort out flowers from a local supplier for my mums Xmas!
