I ordered some roses for my Fiancee well before Valentine's day to make sure the roses won't be at the end of the delivery queue. I received confirmation from customer service that the order was going to be delivered on the day before noon time, but guess what? It hasn't! My fiancee has now left her office, and the roses have not reached her. I tried several times to contact customer service, but all they had to say was "your order is being delivered". TO AVOID AT ALL COST!
