Flowers arrived in poor condition, and was left outside until cleaner arrived, as this was over the weekend. If the cleaner had not of come in these would probably been left outside in the sun. As this was for a 21st Birthday gift, I was very disapointed at the quality, therefore, had to buy a replacement from another supplier.

We went with the next available date stated on website which would have been a Monday, and due to this being a business this would not be open over the weekend.

chocolates were in a small plastic bag with no presentation and the cake was a mere morsel of an inch square.

I certainly would not recommend this company to anyone, as products are disgracful and service even worse.
