Very disappointing. Ordered a bouquet from the luxury range. Unable to see the flowers myself as now live abroad but when my disappointed mother in law tells me the flowers would be put to shame by a cheapie bunch from the supermarket, when she's previously been chuffed to bits with previous bouquets, that tells me there's a serious problem. Made a complaint and was fobbed off with a "sorry for any disappointment" email asking me to get my mother in law to count off each flower so they could decide whether the complaint was valid.
