Elderly self isolating Gran alone on xmas day,recently bereaved, got NOTHING at xmas thanks to Bunches.co.uk It took days to get hold of anyone at customer services and when the person finally replied we were offered a refund of the carriage costs and a new bouquet for the same eyewatering price pre xmas (which wouldve given them fatter profits as flowers are cheaper after xmas) Id have thought a refund plus a free bouquet for an elderly lady, having ruined her xmas, wouldve been fair but nope, theyve got fat profits to think about, not customer care, clearly.

just now NEW If you expect your flowers to be delivered on time or before a special occasion even if you order in advance don't bother using bunches. When I made a complaint that my mum's flowers arrived after her birthday their response was I could have opted for guaranteed delivery date. I was given the option of a delivery date, which I selected and paid for but there were no other options therefore one would assume this would be guaranteed. Better to use a local flower delivery company or interflora who use local florists. Thoroughly disappointing that my mum thought I had forgotten her birthday. I would not use bunches again, their flowers also were not amazing to compensate for the late delivery.

Not good at all, never arrived on selected date & customer service is appalling. No humility or even a sorry just a “as long as it’s there within 3 days” job. With lockdown I needed flowers for a sad occasion but it was ruined by Bunches customer service. Don’t be fooled by the price there’s a reason spend more & get better.

I would never use this company again. Ordered twice and both occasions the flowers never arrived on time. No customer service just automated replies. Worst company I’ve ever used !

Really poor delivery service. I requested that the delivery man wait for her to get to the door, but clearly they didn't as a calling card was left and the perishable flowers sent to an office. Since my grandmother is housebound, struggles to move about and suffers from dementia she wasn't able to reschedule a delivery. I was told nearly two months later that they had been sent back to the office and disposed of, but was refused any kind of refund or redelivery option.

Ordered a bouquet of lilies and roses for our anniversary. Cost £37 plus £5 for delivery (free delivery is only available via Royal Mail and no guarantee on delivery date so paying for courier is the only way to have them delivered on a specific date). When they arrived the lilies were closed up, which was fine; the roses looked a bit withered so I rang their call centre and was told the outer petals were pinch petals and I should remove them. Never heard of this before. By day 2 the lilies had started to open but they wilted as soon as they opened and looked awful, of the 6 roses, 3 never opened at all. rang Bunches again and they asked for photos to be emailed. I did this and they apologised for the state of the flowers and said they would send a replacement bouquet but only by Royal Mail, I now know that this means the flowers they send (they dispatch themselves, they don't use local florists as Interflora do) spend at least 2 days travelling through the postal system - not good for fresh flowers). Anyway the new bouquet arrived (9 days after our anniversary).Initially looked OK but when the lilies opened on day 2 they wilted immediately once again. The roses looked OK for 3 days then they also wilted. The whole thing had to be thrown away after 4 days. I could not be bothered complaining again so have put the whole sorry saga down to experience. I will never ever buy from Bunches again.

Ordered flowers in plenty of time for delivery. The flowers never arrived- 2 weeks later they have sent the flowers again ( by courier this time). No refund or upgrade of flowers. BEWARE - flowers are posted 1st class by Royal Mail, so they aren’t tracked.

Worst customer svs! Ordered flowers for mother’s day and paid extra for courier (who deliver all day, up until 6pm) but they sent flowers by Royal Mail who stop delivering by 1pm! Turn up to sorting office to collect them to be turned away as closed! Flowers won’t be delivered until Monday. Pointless!! No credit offered and the flowers will be ready to be binned by Monday by the look of recent Reviews

Ordered flowers for a friend who is lookimg after her elderly parents, one of whom is terminally ill.As I was aware she might not be in when the flowers were delivered I quite clearly stated to 'if no one in please leave with a neighbour' .The flowers were delivered on Friday by Royal Mail with the instruction 'if no one in please leave'. Royal Mail did not leave the flowers but took them back to the depot. I contacted Bunches.co.uk and have to say their response was poor - basically not our fault. Why ask for delivery instructions if they are not correctly passed on? No offer of any amount of refund or any apology. I will never use this company again and wish I had read reviews on web before doing so, many people dusappointed, particularly with customer service.

very efficient birthday gift delivered when they said it would be easy payment no hassle at all and recipient was delighted with gift will definitely be using this company again FIRST CLASS !!!

If I could give negative star I would. Flowers delivered to a completely wrong house name and my problem!! Customer services do not care. I have been a customer for 11 years and WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Ordered flowers for my mother's 82nd Birthday and paid extra for delivery before mid-day. Received email stating the flowers were going to be delivered 0900-1000. Was surprised that my mother didn't phone to thank me. When I phoned my mother flowers hadn't been delivered. Checked the tracking info and it said flowers had been delivered 0900 AND signed for by somebody with my mother's name! Phoned and asked to see evidence of the signature. Turns out that they had tried to deliver to wrong address - could offer no realistic explanation why the tracking info said they had been signed for by my mother when they obviously hadn't been. Offered to deliver the next day!!! When I said no they agreed refund - I would have thought least they could have done is offer refund and deliver the flowers, as I take it the flowers are now going to be dumped anyway? First AND last dealing with this company!

Underwhelmed with the bouquet I bought for my sister. Obviously allowance was made for the on line photo being properly displayed in a vase etc, but the actual one sent (named Prosecco at a cost of around 25 pounds) was equivalent to a three pound bunch from Morrisons.

Ordered flowers, chocolates and a cake for the 70th birthday of a relative. When I didn't hear from her, I thought that perhaps the flowers had turned out to be feeble and she had felt a bit insulted or something. I found out later that the items were never even received. No refund given.

Lovely flowers for mothers day,think again!!! As soon as I placed my order I saw I had typed the wrong house number for delivery,not a problem you'd think? the order was instantly marked as dispatched and I couldn't ammend the address, all emails ignored, customer services couldn't have cared less,flowers were dispatched to wrong address then returned to sender immediately and I was told they couldn't possibly repost them as they would be dead as not in water. It was a simple error on my part,and I contacted them within minutes,but they really didn't give a toot I had already paid.Wish I had looked at other reviews first,or used a local florist.

Was really impressed with the quality and amount of flowers I received as a get well gift. All stems have opened and the colours of yellow purple and white look amazing. I received them as a gift but would now send exactly the same when the need arises. Chocolates were a nice addition. As I received the flowers I cannot comment on Web site or customer service.
