I ordered two bouquets of flowers for my mum who had just come out of hospital. One bouquet was from myself and the other were from my children. I chose a dozen red roses with a balloon. My children chose a really nice looking bouquet off the website. They arrived a day late and the message cards were mixed up and the balloon was in the wrong bouquet, the water had leaked in the box so my mum got a soggy mess and the roses were not red but multi coloured and the bouquet from my kids was totally the wrong one. The roses didnt even last 3 days. I emailed them last week and got an automated email back nothing at all was mentioned about the content of my email. Today I tried to email them again but now the email address has gone and so has the website. Shocking, What a disappointment for my mum me and my kids. I bet they reopen under a new name so BEWARE

I was taking legal action due to flowers taking a week to be delivered then being a pile of old weeds when they finally did arrive! My solicitor looking into it, but looks as thought they've closed, hence no e-mails being replied to. I said the same, they'll reopen in a new name to carry on ripping people off
