I ordered a 'new born' arrangement to be sent on the 10th April 13 and nothing has arrived - even the so called 'red ticket' which was the only reply e-mail I have had from this company. Over a week ago I said it had not (what ever it is?) and to date, no more contact, apart from not one, but two, e-mails to advise me they were moving so delay on delivering - so really double trouble there. Having tried on several occasions to contact by phone, the last being dead on 9am this morning, I held for 5 minutes and decided enough was enough. I have sent them a message to this effect and will just have to put the cost down to experience, albeit very annoying & upsetting as I now have to make other arrangements, 3 weeks later than when I wished for them to arrive. ADVISE NEVER USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT UPSET.
