“Very Very Misleading!”

I purchased an order with this company today believing it would be delivered today! The ad is very cunning in respect that they really make it look like your going to get delivery on the same day for free. How sucked in was i ! Then when i tried to contact them you are held on a line for that long you end up putting the phone down. How covenient is that!! Also i payed via debit card and got charged for that, this i believe not correct!! Failing that i e-mailed them and they replied with a pathetic excuse. Abismal customer service. I will never go near this company again and i certainly wont reccomend it. The only thing i hope is that the flowers are nice for my nan but reading the reviews i wont expect too much from that!!
