I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mum on 27th March 2013. Nine days later and various emails to Blooming Delightful, the flowers arrived at their destination. Rubbish service, no communication, they managed one email per day in reply to mine and kept asking questions which they knew the answer to and which could have been asked all at the same time, obviously they were stalling for time. My husband finally sent a stinker of an email threatening trading standards and the flowers turned up the day after. No apology or email to explain and no gesture of goodwill and the flowers were poor. Feel totally ripped off. Will never ever ever use them again and after reading reviews for this company on the internet I would not recommend them to anybody. Dreadful company with no customer service at all. Beware anybody wanting to send flowers by post, use interflora or bunches!!!!!
