“Bloomin Terrible- Do not use!”

On the Thursday before Good Friday I went to order some flowers. I had an email from this Company called bloomin delightful offering me 10% off flowers. I ordered flowers and put a note on the order saying for Friday or Saturday delivery. I had an automated reply saying they were closed until Tuesday. I emailed them straight back to say I'd need to cancel. I mentioned in the email what type of Company touts for business via email and then closes all weekend on a bank holiday. I ordered my flowers elsewhere and got them for the Sat. The following Thursday I emailed to ask them to confirm the refund as I had no response. They emailed me back saying With perishable goods such as flowers we are not able to cancel your order.
This is explained in our terms and conditions, which we ask you to accept prior to submitting your order.

I emailed them back saying I had a right to cancel and the flowers didn't have time to perish. I've asked them to call me several times and they won't reply to my emails? I've even tried emailing the manager. These flowers haven't even been delivered yet ant it's been a week. I don't require any more flowers just a refund.

The worse customer service I have seen for years!

Very angry. Review centre contacted me today saying Samantha from 'Bloomin Terrible', opps I mean 'Bloomin Delightful' wanted me to email her to resolve this issue. I emailed her with my complain letter and various emails I had from the Company. She replied back throwing terms and conditions down my throat. I asked her why did she ask me to email her if she didn't want this resolved. She said she wanted to check the review was genuine, because allegedly she believes there are loads of false complaints on here ( that is just what she would like to believe). I told her I have complained to trading standards and citizens advise. Her only response was that trading standards had approved their terms and conditions. Now I am even more angry. If they ask you to contact them- don't waste your time!!! VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER

Register a complaint C.A.B 08454040506 have assured me this will get passed on to trading standards and if enough people complain they will also have to investigate along with Watchdog who have investigated them in the past.... GOOD LUCK TO ALL

Snap!! exactly the same thing happened to me. Never answer the phones, simply sent an e-mail saying we apologise but our t&cs state we don't deliver on bank holidays & you can't cancel an item for a perishable item such as flowers. Spent a further £25 on alternative flowers (which by the way, were delivered within 2 hours of order!!). Well I won't let this lie, have been in touch with CAB & trading standards and a letter from my solicitor is en route! Appalling company.
