On the Thursday before Good Friday I went to order some flowers. I had an email from this Company called bloomin delightful offering me 10% off flowers. I ordered flowers and put a note on the order saying for Friday or Saturday delivery. I had an automated reply saying they were closed until Tuesday. I emailed them straight back to say I'd need to cancel. I mentioned in the email what type of Company touts for business via email and then closes all weekend on a bank holiday. I ordered my flowers elsewhere and got them for the Sat. The following Thursday I emailed to ask them to confirm the refund as I had no response. They emailed me back saying With perishable goods such as flowers we are not able to cancel your order.
This is explained in our terms and conditions, which we ask you to accept prior to submitting your order.
I emailed them back saying I had a right to cancel and the flowers didn't have time to perish. I've asked them to call me several times and they won't reply to my emails? I've even tried emailing the manager. These flowers haven't even been delivered yet ant it's been a week. I don't require any more flowers just a refund.
The worse customer service I have seen for years!
