Ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. They arrived 2 days early in what can only be described as "dead" condition. The flowers were all brown and dead, the personalised card was floating around in the box and the box itself was soaked right through. I tried for days to call and email with no reply. In the end I was promised a refund....2 weeks later in still waiting. Absolute disgrace of a service
