I cannot find a better value for money florist, ordered flowers yesterday Friday morning for delivery today,I received a text message from yodel who they use to courier them to say my flowers had been delivered, my sister called me a few minutes later to say she they were a lovely bunch of flowers, beautifully wrapped, for the money I paid excellent service , would always use them, read some the reviews by others, to be fair to bloomin delightful, they do clearly say on the home page at the bottom and delivery terms, order after 5pm Friday flowers will not be delivered until Tuesday, its not as if they charge a lot anyway, order before 5pm next day guaranteed delivery, I couldn’t see any bouquets for 30% extra, fab service.

Well you are very lucky. Bloomindelightful totally ripped me off. I have contacted Watchdog about them and spent a week arguing with them to ask for my money back after they delivered three days late a bunch of four flowers and a sprig of gypsophelia to pad them out ! I pointed out after my expirience I googled them and found literally HUNDREDS of other people had had the same expirience of them. Perhaps at last they are trying to balance all the hundreds of bad comments of various consumer websites ? and they know I have contacted Watchdog about them and they are frightened that Watchdog who exposed them three years ago will come back and do the same again ? Read all the other comments on this site. I am so pleased that you got what you paid for, I hope they always do so from now on as they have made a lot of money ripping off the public.

To be honest, I'm not sure thats a real review. This is one good review out of all the other reviews, most of which are terrible. I too have been given the runaround by this company. In fact, my flowers never actually showed up with no communication made to me as to why, until about the 5th email asking. I can never speak to anyone there, and am currently hassling them for a refund (which I don't hold high hopes for), which brings me to my question: Did you actually get a refund??

people always write bad reviewsanyway, i have used them and not let me down, anybody can write a review even if they havent purchased, as sites like this allow them too, people should put order number here as proof of ordering.

I sent my proof or ordering, also the confirmation email and two photographs to the legal dept of The Halifax they investigated bloominawful and the bank opened a dispute and the bank got my money back.
I am sure everyone here has order numbers I hope they all go to their banks as I did and get their money back too.
It is not the customers on this review site that need to be accused by you of being dishonest, it is quite the reverse.
As Watchdog found when they investigated them, or were they used four researchers none of whom were given what they paid for either !

I agree, this review above by a guest, came shortly after I had told them about the 672 bad reviews I had found about them on one site alone. ( after googling to find an alternative phone number as I could NEVER get through to speak to anyone?)
They would not have had BBC's Watchdog expose them if they were a good florist after all.
I was treated badly and when I told them I had found all these terrible reviews about them including an occasion when they sent the floral tributes for a family funeral five hours after the funeral had finished ? I was told by the MD of the company that I was a very sad and lonely woman to be reading reviews as only sad and lonely people do that. And that I should go to Ann Summers if I was that sad and lonely!
All because I had paid £32 for a service that I didn't get !
I have all the emails to prove it too !
I too think that this good review has been placed now that they know I reported them to my bank for supplying goods not as described which is illegal and also to Watchdog.
It seems to me that they are just trying to get a good review at the top of the list ? and particularly as Christmas approaches their busiest time !
Maybe it is even a friend of the company ?
People do leave good reviews if they are delighted, but there are maybe two good ones out of over 670 bad ones ? and a lot of people just can't be bothered to leave bad ones at all as they have just had enough of them, so actually the true picture of how bad they have been for years is not really reflected and these hundreds of bad reviews are just those that can be bothered and only the tip of the iceberg!
Hopefully they will stop ripping people off, but better still they may not get the custom as they have ripped people off for years.Even the four Watchdog reporters and researchers that used them were ripped off and let down !

I agree, having dealt with the MD and the manager at length I don't think the review above rings true either.
In short YES I did get a refund, and you can too and everyone else who has been treated badly and ripped off by bloominawful. They did not voluntarily give me a refund and hoped I would give up like most customers probably do. But they have broken the law by 'supplying goods not as described'.
Call your bank and tell them what happened, if you can? just download the photo of the bouquet you wanted from their website and if you can take a photo of what actually arrived and then send those with the confirmation email they sent when you ordered. to an email address for disputes that your bank will give you. Or just send whatever evidence you can plus details of what happened. The bank will raise a dispute with them, it took about a week but the banks got my money back. Good Luck, I think they are trying to get a couple of good reviews to make them look good, but as Watchdog found they are terrible.

I am pleased that you are one of two out of hundreds 672 on one website alone, that have been let down and ripped off by bloomindelightful. I hope you can give them the thumbs up when Watchdog researchers ask why you and not everyone else ?
I hope they are going to do right by all the customers they have let down and give them all their money back, which they can get simply by getting in touch with the customer services department and tell then that they received',Goods not as described' this is illegal, I got my money refunded, not willingly by the company but by contacting my bank ( if you pay on a credit or debit card they will help you.)

I am pleased if you got what you paid for but MANY MANY HUNDREDS haven't ! And I urge everyone to read all those HUNDREDS of BAD REVIEWS BEFORE placing an order, so they can see why Watchdog exposed them ?
