“Rubbish Service and Flowers”

Ordered these as a Birhtday Gift, for Saturday delivery, didn't arrive arrvied on the Tuesday after Bank Holiday and were dead.
They told me if I wanted a refund I would have to send dead flowers in original packaging back to them, as this was not possible, they offered to send a "Lovely" bouquet as replacement, I have accepted and wait to see what these are like.

Would not recommend this flower service, no guaranteed delivery dates and poor customer service.

Don't order from this company.
