I ordered some flowers for my mum, who was ill. As she lives alone, is 85 and feels ill enough to be in bed, I wanted to be sure that the flowers weren't delivered to her when she was alone, but on a day that a family member would be there. I found Bloomin' Delightful and it gave a choice of date for the flowers to be delivered. Nothing in the EARLY pages gave me any idea that the flowers would be delivered on the wrong date. But they were. Instead of someone else answering the door on the chosen date, the flowers were delivered a day early, and my sick mum had to get out of bed, go downstairs and answer the door herself. What if she had fallen down the stairs? Very poor practice - I would not recommend them and i shall not use them again.
