These idiots don't know a flower from a broken mudguard on my granddad's moped! I ordered a jumbo deluxe bouquet for my old Mum's birthday and it arrived a month late and they accidentally sent a funeral wreath. You can imagine my disgust and anger. These customers are bloomin, thieving, dodgy gits who should be in the Scrubs. I wash my hands of them and I suggest you do too.
