I ordered a bouquet of pink & white roses for my friend's 60th birthday from Bloomin Delightful, about 2 weeks prior to the event & had confirmation of the date required. They were due last Saturday & as we were spending the weekend with my friend, I was concerned when they did to arrive. They are closed at the weekend so no contact could be made till Monday.
I received a very curt e mail response saying they were only guaranteed a 98% delivery date & I would have to wait up to 4 weeks for a refund, IF the fault was theirs!. After several more heated e mails, I heard they had been delivered, 4 days late on Tuesday. After up to 6 days in a box with no water, they were absolutely dead. I sent photographic proof to the company & they cannot refund my money until the dead flowers have been returned to them in their original packaging! How utterly ridiculous can you get!? Do you keep stinking, slimy dead flowers?
I too wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering. I will never use them again, but am continuing my claim for a full refund at the very least.
