So frustrated with Bloomex on multiple levels. First off, messing up my purchase arrival. I chose Sept 25th (ordered Sept 24th a.m.)...it arrived Sept 28th. When questioned, they said that the courier was unable to supply an answer for the delay. Bloomex never offered a heartfelt apology...all they kept on referring back to was for me to indicate to them if there were any issues with the flowers upon arrival for quality control purposes. Ummmm....I don't care what they look like when 3 days late, the flowers at that time are useless & unnescessary...as it already looks like my Grandma's 90th birthday is an after thought for me- when in reality it is a screw up by Bloomex. Reality Check-- Bloomex...you are responsible not only to MAKE the flowers, but also to GET the flowers to customers on the day you have been contracted to! No excuses...if your courier service doesn't work the weekend, then you make up another arrangement and high-tail it out of your warehouse, all the while PROFUSELY apologizing for the huge mess up. Birthdays, Weddings, Funerals....they all just can't wait 3 days for flower arrival. Poor customer service upon being told, lack of caring about the impression being left to my poor Grandma on her milestone birthday. I am disgusted at their lack interest in rectifying this entire mess up. They got my $$ and that's all they care about. Well, that will be the last time & I will do my best to stear others away from ever using Bloomex and their "weDON'Tcare" line.

We sincerely apologize that the courier was late arriving with your gift and for the obvious disappointment this caused you and your family on such an important occasion. YOU made it seem Grandma's birthday was an afterthought otherwise you would
have ordered well in advance to ensure timely delivery. YOUR failure to plan
should not create an emergency on the supplier or delivery services. Grow up
and take responsibility for your own screw-up. Cheers! cos
