Buyer Beware:

I am currently serving in the Canadian Armed Forces abroad and my wife and I are new parents. For Mother's Day, my wife's 1st, I purchased flowers through this company to be delivered in my absence. I received confirmation from the company as well as a debit from my credit card. When Mother's Day came and left, the flowers, $73 worth, were not delivered. Needless to say, my wife was less than impressed with my apparent lack of honor on this special day. After several phone calls,email exchanges and a final request for reimbursement, Bloomex claimed that they have no record of my order. Then, after I proved that there, in fact, was an order by providing a confirmation number, email, and credit card statement, Bloomex has since not responded, this ignoring me.

I can understand misplacing an order, even feeling so ashamed of misplacing an order on such a big day that you deny having received that order, but the final straw comes with ignoring the customer completely after proving proof of said order. I have no faith in this company to provide the service that they are in the business of providing, thus making them an illegitimate business. I strongly urge anyone taking the first steps to order from this 'business' to look elsewhere.

We apologize sincerely for the delivery delay; unfortunately several couriers did experience delays due to the sheer volume of orders on the road. We are completely surprised that customer service would in any way deny an order or not reply to you, as our agents usually go out of their way to assist and we would provide resolution of some kind for you. If you could please email with your order number, we will be glad to investigate on your behalf and to flag this for manager review. Sorry again for your frustration.
