I ordered flowers (Tulips + Vase) for my Mom for Mother's day. Bloomex did not deliver. I called on Mother's day, but their phone service was cut off. I've been calling all week and leaving messages, but no one has bothered to call bad. I used their chat service online, and when I asked the agent for a status update on my order she checked and told me "I don't know". I've asked for a refund and they are not saying yes or no…just annoying silence. $80 for nothing. This is the worse customer service ever! I know that sometimes deliveries could have issues - life is not perfect. But its been a week, and no one has returned any of my calls/emails and yet they have charged my credit card - this is so frustrating. This is definitely going to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer protection services.
