I ordered one of their dozen rose packages, which included a box of chocolates and a card back on January 15th 2014, with the hope of getting the order delivered on Feb 14th. My wife sent me a photo of the flowers she received on Valentines Day and she only got 3 roses delivered plus the chocolates. I was livid when she sent me the picture and immediately tried calling these clowns back. Their customer service number would put me through to their voisemail and calls were not returned. I called their orders number and was told they could not do anything for me as they had no access to orders already placed. I have been trying to call them a few times thereafter and finally spoke to customer service, only to be told I should have called within the first 7 days after the order was received. Like seriously, you screw up my order and play hide and seek with returning calls only to tell me there is nothing you can do?? Why the hell would I pay $70 for 3 roses and a box of chocolates?
