I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother on mothers day and she never received anything! I phoned to see what happened the next day and they never returned my phone call for 4 days!! I finally spoke with someone and said I did not want flowers to be delivered almost a week after mothers day and I wanted a full refund. They told me I would have to pay for the delivery charge and I explained to them my mother never received any flowers and I would not pay for anything, they assured me I would be given a full refund. I received my mastercard bill and they did not refund me for my full amount. I have been trying to get a hold of them and I still have not received a call! I will NEVER order from this company again, I have never had such horrible unprofessional service before.
