Placed an online order for a bouquet of flowers that were never delivered. Bloomex offered no apology only a credit and refuse to refund. They are blaming the logistics company that have no record of the parcel.

Flowers were not delivered on time despite them having two days notice of the order. My emails regarding the status of the delivery went unanswered. I was not informed when the flowers were eventually delivered and only knew they had been delivered when the recipient sent me a thank you email.

“The Most Disgusting Excuse For A Company. Should be...”

Do not use.Do not use.Do not use. Do not use.Do not use. Do not use. Did you know Bloomex has been investigated by the ACCC and taken to court due to their garbage service? They've also been awarded a "SHONKY" by CHOICE magazine in 2022. For good reason. This company is a toilet. Similar story to most others here: 1. Paid for same day service. 2. Not delivered, but did receive a phone call explaining delivery will be the following day. Understandable, even though booked well before cutoff time. Advised by Bloomex they will waive the same day delivery fee. Nice. 3. Next day no delivery & no contact from Bloomex. 4. Rang Bloomex only to be told delivery would not be taking place until the following Tuesday and immediately blamed their courier. That means six (6!) days late! Bloomex then offered an upsized arrangement, a better vase, chocolates & a teddy bear. Lovely! 5. Something arrived Tuesday that was NOT upsized, had NONE of the extras and looked like they were bought at Colesworths. I've asked for a full refund, have told my bank to back charge the entire cost, and written to the ACCC. These clowns should not be allowed to trade in Australia. They are a Canadian company and have the same reputation overseas. They call themselves "Australia's National Florist." They're a joke. Do not use. Do not use. Do not use. Do not use. Do not use. “Stay away from bloomex”

My daughter was getting married, so the grooms mother and I decided to send a beautiful bouquet of flowers to the bride & groom at their wedding destination. The full cost was going to be $220 with a vase included, so it was going to be an extra large bouquet (as stated on the invoice). When we saw the bouquet, not only was it absolutely tiny, but none of the flowers that we had requested were in there, and all the names had been spelt incorrectly, even though we had spelt each name, letter by letter over the phone. Stay away from this company, or you will waste your money. We have been burnt and are trying to stop you from having the same plight come upon you. PLEASE shop elsewhere!!!

“Run Away As Fast As You Can”

After using Bloomex for nearly 10 years as a corporate customer I am out. I will be proceeding to consumer affairs after deceptive and misleading conduct - ordered 3 bouquets to go to different teams in different locations to be told the next day it can't be delivered even though ordered the night before and they promote same day delivery on orders placed before 1pm and I had received an email at 10:30 to say one order was in transit. We negotiated an upgrade on the flowers to compensate for the inconvenience and negotiated all three orders to be delivered the next day staff were in the office on mass. On Sunday night at 1:01 hours I received an email saying that the order that was in transit is now on hold until further notice. I responded to this email Monday morning at 8:07 saying I didn't know what the issue was and it needed to be delivered today. Today just before lunch I checked the account to see that one order was under supervisor review. I jumped onto live chat to be told that I hadn't responded to their email, despite having an email to say the opposite. They turn told me that a local florist had to deliver it and wanted an extra $30 for it to be delivered. I insisted that I had paid the next day delivery price premium already (nearly 6 days beforehand) and if all orders couldn't be delivered today that all orders need to be cancelled and my corporate credit card refunded. After some pushing they agreed to escalate it to a unnamed supervisor - when I queried the name of the person I could expect to ring I was told it would depend on who is available. At 16:45 and without any phone call from anyone at Bloomex I rang their main number and it was apparent that there was no record of my previous phone call, emails or live chat. I immediately asked to speak to a manager and was told they don't have direct access to a manager and when he offered for me to speak a supervisor he soon came back to say that there wasn't one available. No management escalation process available despite it being before 5pm. I have demanded a refund on all 3 orders and now am wanting for a manager to return my call. Not only is there website and staff deceptive there is no customer service and frankly a disregard for what the customer says. If there is no escalation process in a company then they can't be serious about customer service, revenue or staff retention. Absolutely appalling service. They shouldn't be able to operate. They are too many other operators in the market and I will be doing a bit more due diligence in future.

This was the worst "customer service" I have ever seen, bordering on illegal.My GF birthday was on the 7th. I ordered and paid for the flowers on the 2nd. A day later was told I had 2 options. Pay an extra $40 to get it sent on the day I wanted or get it the following day no extra charge. They had 5 days notice.... I was ropeable. I demanded a refund and then had to go through all types of hoops to get it. Then find somewhere else... in the end I didn't trust any florist and bought them and delivered them secretly as a surprise. Don't EVER go with Bloomex. This must surely be illegal. Don't go through the stress and anxiety I went through. I have my order number and all details/emails for proof this happened. People need to know this company is not about it's customers. All they want is your money, they have no interest in you afterwards. Bloomex say they care. They failed to mention that they care, but only about their bank account.

Ordered flowers for my friends birthday and asked for delivery to her work by 3pm as she finishes for the day at this time. Flowers got delivered and 4.49pm and then left outside the work premises as they had closed early for the day. In what world does a company leave fresh flowers outside a business overnight if they have closed. When I complained and requested a refund, I was told not possible as they flowers were delivered during business hours of 9am - 5pm. Waste of $62.90

My order did not arrive on the day it was scheduled to. phone line always busy and disconnects you. online chat they boast is instant, once you get a live operator they literally ask for an order number then say nothing more. basically offers services they cannot fulfill. tried to offer me store credit at the cost of the delivery fee but refused to refund.

I ordered flowers a week before funeral when & where was quite clear in instructions to Bloomex. I even 'live chat' with them the night before the funeral & was advise it would be done - flowers did not arrive for my family funeral. I am more then disgusted - appalled that they treat family funerals with such disrespect. I sincerely hope this business folds. It deserve no stars whatsoever

Had flowers delivered to me from a friend yesterday 23/4 which had a delivery date clearly marked of 19/4 !!!! Just left on doorstep even though we were home. When opened brown paper all orchids had fallen off branches and were brown in colour (we’re supposed to be white). Felt so sorry for my friend whom I knew had spent a fortune on these for me to ring her and say thank you for the lovely thought but they are dead. Many photos have been taken for her dispute which is in progress. Absolute disgrace the service this company gives. DONT USE THEM - Don’t know how they are still in business

I have used Bloomex in the last two weeks. Birthday flowers to business address in Brisbane did not get delivered until five days after delivery date. They promised delivery every day but were full of excuses and further promises. I was told: The order was delivered at 8:20 pm and no one was there at the business when there online details claim that businesses will be delivered between 830 to 5 pm, that the driver had a car accident, that the flowers were not delivered from their warehouse, that Sherwood was not in their delivery area, the flowers would definitely be delivered the next day with a significant upgrade, that they only deliver Tuesday to Saturday, no Monday deliveries in Brisbane. There were so many phone calls and emails. The flowers are couriered up to their Brisbane warehouse from Tuesday to Friday and then couriered from there. it is no wonder the flowers are in such poor condition. Requests for refund were denied, so I went ahead with delivery option. Never again.

Ordered flowers for my friend 50 birthday gave them a week's notice confirmed delivery date with bloomex a number of times..paid $103 big outlay for me being on age pension but wanted to make her day special and surprise her. Flowers arrived a day early l was so disappointed and upset. I asked my friend (l now live in sa) if she liked the flowers she sounded hesitant so l asked her to send me a pic...l was embarrassed shocked upset angry they looked like they were plucked out of a garbage bin half filled the vase wilted dropping petals nothing like what l ordered not worth more than $5 if that! I complained to bloomex send pic they said they thought they looked lovely! I told them l wanted a refund but they refused l have contacted consumer affairs and the director of bloomex and put in aduspute on transaction with my bank. They lure customers in with beautiful fake picture and elaborate description. They have received the most complaints of any flower company but have fudged customer reviews so unsuspecting customers like me are open to these sham. They need to be stopped shut down! Next l will go to parliament and request an investigation... perhaps if no one else will stand up to them...l might be the voice for thousands like me who have lost money and sleep because of bloomex shark! The flowers advertised were called love laughter in a purple vase and what rubbish was received is in a clear glass. Isn't life hard enough these days and most of us are suffering and struggling to be victims of flower deceiver when all we want to do is put a little bit of happiness in our loved ones day?

“The WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.”

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. First off, I booked with this company as it advertised its services as "same day delivery". It was not. Definitely not. They asked for all my contact information (which I provided) then all the contact information for the recipient (which I provided). Then on Saturday morning, the courier left the warehouse with the arrangement, only to not call the receipient, and NOT deliver the flowers. I was NOT informed, neither was the person whom the flowers were for. Her grandmother just passed away, and was grieving. I then get an email from this company saying that I need to pay $14.95 to have them re-delivered. I tried to call their customer service centre to arrange a refund or have my flowers delivered (given I have paid $90) ASAP, to which they refused until I pay the re-deliver fee. I personally think this is unacceptable, as they have all the information of the recipient - which they should have called prior to attempting to deliver the flowers. I then request for someone to call and explain why this was not done and why they are unable to offer a full refund, as they have 1. failed to deliver on the same day. 2. failed to deliver (or contact the receiptant to let them know at what time they should be delivering the flowers). They did not call, but instead sent an email with words like "unfortunately.. we are sorry etc". I am so very upset with this service. If I had known there was a "re-delivery fee or NOT BE SAME DAY DELIVERY" I would have gone else where. They still have not offered a solution and are holding my funds hostage until I pay for their failure to deliver (fee).

“Disgusting substandard flowers. ”

I ordered birthday bouquet for my sister. Just left on the doorstep as obviously too embarrassed to actually hand over the flowers. They were disgusting, disappointing for the $98 I paid. Only 7 stems and wrapped in brown paper. A complete ripe off DO NOT ORDER FROM BLOOMEX I have nothing nice to say about the bouquet.

“Bloomex Valentine's Day Roses”

I ordered these flowers for my wife on the 3rd of February to be delivered on Valentine’s Day from Bloomex. Not only did they not arrive on the day but they came on the 15th of February. They arrived some time around midday and were left outside in the heat. We found them around 6pm that day and they were half dead (see photo). I tried to get a refund from them. I must have sent 10 emails, made 5-6 phone calls and went on their “Live Chat” about 5 times. They still refused to give me a refund. What they agreed to was a refund of the delivery charge but this took nearly 3 weeks. Not happy with this company and the best advice I can give anyone is not to deal with them at all. One star for this company is over-rated.

I ordered sympathy flowers and a card for my friend whose partner passed away. I ordered from Bloomex online to deliver to Lethbridge Park, NSW. It is supposed to be same day delivery as I ordered it in the morning. Two phone calls and three emails later, until now the flowers have not been delivered. I have asked for a full refund and the audacity of them to offer $30 credit to use on my next purchase! I replied that I will never use their inefficient and sham company. Customers beware of this website.

“Dodgy company AVOID!”

Total sham company that didn’t deliver my flowers I ordered and now giving me an absolute run around to get a refund. Now false claims that the flowers were delivered on my original date after admitting they weren’t. Save your money and your time, best of going through a local florist. Anywhere but Bloomex.
