Yet again balloon monkey have ruined a special family occasion.We are still waiting for birthday balloons from January. Minimal compensation received for that. But it isn't really the money is it. So, what kind of idiot was I to try again. An idiot who thinks lightening doesn't,strike twice. An idiot who pays an extra 17 quid to make sure we are actually at home when our anniversary balloons arrive. But no. The order tracker works fine. Fine enough to inform me that our order will be 5 hours late at least. Of course we will be long gone on our anniversary day out.Contact us if there are problems the e Mail said,and I did. They didn't promise an answer though and true to form, even that hasn't turned up.
