Ordered Valentines Balloons with guaranteed courier delivery on 14th February 2015 - they didn't even try to deliver them. I emailed the company and received a copy of the tracking log - see below. They arrived 2 days too late. If they can't provide a service, or use a contractor courier company who don't deliver on time, then they should look at their policy and stop "guaranteeing courier delivery".
Have been offered 50% refund but I want full refund. I purchased the balloons, plus added on extra for a special occasion and they arrived 2 days later. This is not what I asked or paid for.
I will in future read more reviews on companies I've not dealt with before I go ahead and order/purchase from them.
