I ordered some roses one week in advance of when I wanted them to be delivered, unfortunately Arena Flowers still managed to deliver a day late!
On the day off delivery, I used the tracking service and discovered that the was a delay of 24hrs! So I informed Arena Flowers of this but the best they could do was to send an email off and wait until their courier responded - not very proactive in my mind! They promised to call back with an update but they never did!
Even when the roses arrived a day late, some of the petals were tired looking and were drooping - clearly because they were stuck in transit and starved of air/water!
The company offered very little compensation which I rejected in favour of ensuring that other potential customers knew of their poor customer service!
