Firstly, the good points- clear tabs to find the type of products that you want ie. Birthday or xmas flowers. Explanations of "upgrades" are no-where to be found. What does "deluxe upgrade mean?". No explanation. Also if you want to send flowers internationally, there are no drop down boxes for the country of destination. The system assumes that you are ordering for the UK.
