Tried to order some flowers for a friend in Europe. The transaction went through but the next day I got an email saying that my order had been cancelled because they had some kind of issue with my identity. OF course that didn't stop them from charging my card before they cancelled it. They said they would refund the transaction so we'll see if that happens but given the other reviews I'm seeing- I am not optimistic. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had
