Was sent a £40 bouquet by my student daughter for Mothers Day. Could not believe how few flowers were delivered. 24 hours later they were dead or dying and had to be binned the next day. I had taken photos that I sent to the company daily. They have no telephone number for contacting Cust Services but advertise a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. JOKE!! I ordered flowers for San Valentine day, on the 13th, from 123-flowers.co.uk website. From their website was written they will have delivered by the 14th and of course they didn't. I contacted them few time (they don't have a number to call), nor they bother to reply to email. They offer no service but create disruption since flowers are sent for special occasion and if they arrive late are useless (like 123-flowers.co.uk). An embarrassing experience, worst I can think of!
