I placed an order and paid extra for tracked delivery, still waiting for the item 5 days later! Ended up purchasing locally so now do not need the costume. Emailed the company to advise I would be returning & would like full refund for postage too, advised this was not possible. I would advise not to use this company due to very poor or possibly non existent customer service.
