I too have used a couple of times.
First time I also received the quality failure email, funny thing it was listed back on Amazon the same day.

Second time they split order in three lots, two never arrived and one was faulty.

Had to file a claim with Amazon as Zoverstocks never responded after their first email.
To amazons credit they refunded immediately pity they still allow them to list Amazon need to take more ownership of the bad marketplace merchants BEFORE it comes time to file a claim.
