I priced up a lot of dvds but for one particular disc this was the best price offered by a long shot (over £8) so I sent all my others off to a different site (which btw was fantastic) and sent one disc to these. Not only did they have my item for over two weeks and not even update their website or let me know they had it they ignored my first e-mail so I tried again a week later. They replied and finally 3 days later I got an e-mail saying my disc had been checked and amount credited to my account. Five minutes later got another e-mail saying the disc had actually failed the checking process but as a gesture of goodwill they would return the item and waive the usual fee charged to return it. Checked their site and the price for this item has since gone down - considerably. Think its less a case of the disc not passing the check (it was in better condition than some of the others I sent to other site and received money for) and more they priced it wrong and don't want to pay out hence the 'goodwill gesture'. Terrible service and clearly lying their way out of their own error.
