I recently bought a jacket with the hut and was offered free jeans that they stated were designer and cost £ 55. When I got them, they had sent the wrong size, they sent a large instead of the ordered extra large - 38. When I asked them to exchange they told me they wouldn't even though it was there error. To be honest . We all know that this is not a free gift at all as the jacket in question was overpriced, so in effect I have bought these jeans but at lower cost as you get nothing for free.
I believe that they sent me these jeans intentionally knowing all along that they were the wrong size and to get rid of surplus stock, and to dupe people into buy the jacket thinking they are getting a bargain! When the jeans arrived they were very low quality and would definitely not warrant a price tag of 55 quid! I am going to contact trading standards as they are defiantly trying to pull the wool over consumers eyes. It appears to me that they may be offering this item knowing that they will not exchange it and therefore conning the public. Very dishonest practices going on here, avoid at all costs.
