“Absolutely awful company - AVOID!!”

My sister bought me (and her boyfriend) one of the Viper remote control helicopters as a Christmas present from these people and was told that a 10-minute charge would give 10 minutes flying time. Wrong – 45 minutes of charging gives 6 or 7 minutes flying time, so she was lied to by the salesman! On Boxing day the tail rotor motor failed. “Worst Customer Service ”

I've used the internet many times to gauge people's thoughts on certain websites and reliability and I'd been successful in avoiding bad service... until now. I purchased an RC Thunder helicopter from "theflyzone.co.uk" which on arrival from new had issues. The Helicopter seemed to just fall out of the sky and cut out which after an email and repeated phone calls they presumed was a faulty board.
