Never-EVER use them!
Hi Everyone!
I thought I should share my experience with Tesco Direct,
I have ordered a bed frame in January when it was on sale. After several weeks I have received a faulty product - one of the key parts of the frame doesn't fit.
Tesco customer services advised me the bed is out of stock and I can only have it replaced if they order me a full bed again - so they will set up a stock alert email. After several weeks and phone calls I am still stuck with the faulty product.
Today a team leader told me they can't offer anything similar the only thing they can do is to process a refund and collect the bed.
I waited 2 months for nothing. They want me to buy a new bed for full price as nothing similar on offer.
A waste of money and time for the worst quality of product and service.
