Ordered tv stand next day delivery had to wait 5 days and numerous phone calls before i found out what had happened .had to do all the digging myself to partner of tescos. customer care what a joke no direct number for them recieved an automated phone call saying they would contact me in 24 hours still waiting.had expensive telly waiting to put on stand very frustrating really bad shopping experience it will be a long time before i deal with them again.wasted 30 hours of my valuble time waiting for delivery no wonder they are having probs tried to get compensation from tesco direct they were not interested but luckily the local branch manager gave me gift voucher but it did not make up for the bad experience
