The Tesco Direct website is not updated until long after after special offers have been withdrawn.
I have just wasted a considerable amount of time locating an item on the website, checking reviews of it, going through the tedious and lengthy ordering process, only to find at the last hurdle that the offer price was not going to be honoured.
Customer services informed me that the offer was no longer available and that they were in the process of updating the website accordingly. If Tesco Marketing cannot see that they should not withdraw an offer until AFTER they have updated the website then they do not deserve to remain in business.
