well where to start, tried to order a cooker online
got to the payment page and "error" payment ended up being taken twice but no order generated, therefore tesco wont do anything as there isnt an order and my bank have said i have to wait 7 days for the money to show as available in my bank as its with visa processing. ok several calls later and still £380 in my bank that i cant use as tesco are refusing to cancel the authorisation as i have asked them to and got the date time and auth number for them to cancel but they wont do it. just have to wait 7 working days for it to automatically come back to me.
so thought what i would do as this was a "computer error" i would phone them up and order it that way. give them the order number thats £286 please, no its not its £214 as it clearly stats on the site, oh they say well pay the £286 and we will refund the difference, no the price i see is the price i will pay, we cant process the order like that it has to be done the way the computer says. now this enlightens me as to why the initial error occured. computer says noooooooo. wont be using tescodirect again ever but then i wont be using tesco again ever. yet another unhappy customer. stick to selling moldy dog meat and food tesco.
