Mainly a delivery issue, terse attitude, dumped boxes on the floor marked fragile, paint pots inside were dented, fortunate that the contents were not actually breakables. Poor attitude generally in the delivery of products - an examples of why Tesco are failing I feel. Had bad experiences in the past with their delivery team (forgetting units) but was willing to give another go - on this stinking attitude, wont be a third chance.
