Delivery fine although site just kept saying delivery date est 2 months later even after it had been deliver. They tell you how much an 0844 call will cost you (something like 15p a minute) but all the numbers they have are 0845, but every time I tried to call it said 5 or 10 min wait. No e-mail option given but I tried it and did get call back after 3 days and 3 from me and 3 e-mails from them promising to call me soon. they said item had to go back to phillips directly and they would call me within 24 hours. 4 days later and 3 calls later phillips called and said courier would collect the next days. I stayed in, no courier, no card left, no call to say change of plan. I have contacted Tesco again by e-mail adn said I should not be chasing a third party as my contract is with them adn I am still waiting to hear. I have been trying to return the item for 15 days. I will NOT be using them again. I internet shop a lot and this is the single most frustrating experience I have endured.
